Custom Deck and Shade Structure

Designed and built a multi-level deck with an integrated shade structure for a residential property along the Highway 50 corridor. Scope included framing, decking, and a pergola-style overhead cover. Work was permitted, inspected, and built to California code.

Kitchen and Bath Remodel

A completed kitchen and bathroom remodel in El Dorado County: cabinet removal, new layout framing, tile work, plumbing rough-in coordination, and finish installation, managed from permit to final inspection.

Structural Beam Replacement

Replaced deteriorated structural beams in a residential home to restore load-bearing integrity and bring the structure into compliance. Scope included temporary shoring, beam removal, new beam installation, and coordination with the local building department for permit and inspection sign-off.

Windows & Siding

Siding and Windows Upgrade

Replaced aging siding and single-pane windows on a Highway 50 corridor home with energy-efficient alternatives. New siding was installed to current weatherproofing standards; window replacement improved insulation and reduced heat gain. Project included haul-away of old materials and full permit coordination.

Commercial TI

Commercial Tenant Improvement

Completed a commercial tenant improvement for a local business owner, reworking the interior layout to meet operational needs while minimizing disruption to daily operations. Work was planned around business hours and documented throughout for property management. Permitted and inspected per commercial code.

ADA

ADA Compliance Upgrade

Installed an accessible ramp and upgraded entry points to meet ADA requirements for a residential property. CCI coordinated with the local jurisdiction for permit approval and managed any site-specific obstacles to deliver a compliant, functional result for the homeowner.
